Support for silverlight, mac

I need to create a Silverlight app for mac and windows that runs Out Of Browser and has some sort of database to save objects locally that I can later sync with a server side db. Just trying to determine if sterling will fit the bill for me...???

Thanks in advance!

Yes, Sterling will work fine on Mac OOB with the isolated storage driver.

Great to hear!

The other question is related to getting data from the client back up to a central database. What;'s the best approach to take on that front? I assume there is no support for sync framework, etc. Will I need to just roll my own?

It's the most requested feature so will be seriously considering it for 2.x but for now you must roll your own. A suggestion would be to implement your own driver. Nest the existing isolated storage driver inside of it and pass through the functions, then add an additional layer to perform your synchronization operations. You can also subscribe to the events on the database and react based on those.
